Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Savannah, Georgia.

Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock items to be packed and shipped. Fine art prints that are made to order may require additional processing time. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Maritime Merle is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Original Artwork + Fine Art Prints

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork and the made-to-order nature of fine art prints, all original artwork and print sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at kellyibarrapaintings@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can help make it right.

Objects + Merch

Returns of eligible ready-to-ship merchandise may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customized or made-to-order items are final sale.

Damaged Orders

If anything arrives damaged, please email kellyibarrapaintings@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.

Please hold onto the original packaging while the issue is being resolved.
